M10 resin anchors or thru bolts

Frames
M10 Hexagon Headed Bolts with washers and anti-vandal shear nuts. Zinc plated finish.

Decking
12mm EGP with counter-sunk self tap screws through main frame in pre-drilled holes, or riveted as galvanised sheets.
1.5mm galvanised sheet with counter-sunk 5mm x 25 rivets through main frame in pre-drilled holes.

Galvanising
To BS 729

Installation onto Ground
On min 300mm cubed concrete anchor pads, to to finish flush with base wearing course.

For Tip Wearing Course
10/55% HRA (Hot Rolled Asphalt) at a mixing temperature of 190 degrees or well blistered

6.3% 50 Penetration bitumen
4% Filler

10mm Masterpave

N.B. Masterpave is spread very thin. It may cost more per ton, but you will probably need less of it. 6mm should do the trick, it goes as hard as nails!
